Access to the QGMI Group Website by the user (the “User”) implies that the user fully accepts, and it’s also obliged by all the provisions in these Terms & Conditions, as well as the provisions in the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy. QGMI’s Group retains the right to unilaterally modify, at any moment and without previous notice, the terms and conditions on the website, and/or any aspect related to the contents of the website, as well as on the Legal Texts, so that the User is advised to read them carefully each time that they intend to browse the website.

Through this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), the processing of personal data provided by users/data subjects (the “User” or the “Users”) who access QGMI`S Group Website, is regulated.

Users must read carefully the present privacy policy and determine by their own free will and voluntarily if they want to facilitate to QGMI Group their personal data.

Pursuant the contents of all local laws and regulations governing personal data protection and processing, especially Organic Act 3/2018, of December 5th and Regulation 2016/67 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, Users are hereby informed of the following aspects:

2. Collected Data

For access, subscription or registration in any of the offered services by qgmi.eu, website, the user may be requested to provide personal data. In such case, data must be provided on voluntary basis and within the user’s express consent. Within this purpose, when necessary to facilitate personal data – before accessing any formulary- it will be necessary to expressly accept the terms and conditions of the present privacy policy.

Therefore, the user ensures that the information facilitated is:

  • Truthful, accurate, completed and updated. For this purpose, the user answers for the veracity of the data provided, who is also responsible for the communication of any change in the provided data. Any misinformation facilitated through this web -together with any damage or detriment, direct or indirect, that may be caused to QGMI Group- will be solely responsible of the user.
  • In the event, that data on third parties are provided, the person who communicates them guarantees to have the necessary consent and that the third party has been correctly inform of every aspect contained in this policy.


Personal data provided by the users shall be recorded in an automated personal data database held by QGMI Inversiones SL y QGMI Construcciones e infraestructuras globales SLU, both companies of the Group holding, legally incorporated in Spain.

3. Purposes of the Processing

Personal data are collected for the following purposes:

a) To improve the management and administration of the services provided by adapting them to the user’s preference;
b) Provide information about our services
c) Where applicable, the managing of the selection process and CVs received through the portal “Work with us”;
d) Give answer to the information request by the means available.
e) To manage the reports made, indistinctly whether they are complaints, grievances, suggestions, compliments or the ARCO rights exercise.

4. Legal Basis

The legal base for the processing is:
The express consent given by the user when the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the formulary -where applicable-.

5. Period of Storage of the Personal Data

The data collected will be processed during the period required to ensure the purposes of the collection are met. But only if the user/data subject does not exercise their ARCO rights.

6. Communication of the Data

Data provided shall be used exclusively by the companies constituting QGMI´s Group. The transfer to third parties is not intended – please note that data could be transfer between companies within QGMI´s Group, all identified in the Legal Advice which integrates the present policy –. If the transfer to a third party is necessary to provide a determine service, the user will be formally notified, and his express consent will be collected.

7. Exercise of ARCO rights

The user may exercise his ARCO rights, being the right; to access, to rectification, to erasure (“right to be forgotten), to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object, within the scope provided by the Law.

Therefore, the user/data subject may withdraw the granted consent by filing a claim before the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency www.aepd.es)
