    Angola

    Cariango-Mussende Road

    Rehabilitation of the National Road EN-240, which runs between the locations of Cariango and Mussende, with a total length of 33 km. The importance of intervening in this road, which was previously a land road, results from the need to provide safe traffic conditions and guarantee the permanent use of this road even during the rainy season.

    Obetseby Lamptey Interchange Flyover

    The objective of the Obetsebi Lamptey Interchange Project, to be developed in Accra, the biggest city in Ghana, is to alleviate traffic congestion through the upgrading of the current traffic circle and the development of two flyovers allowing continuous traffic flow.

    The scope of the project includes the construction of a terminal building with approx. 5000 m² with scope for expansion, with a capacity of 200 passengers in each direction, 8 check-in counters and 4 self-service check-in counters, and 2 boarding gates, as well as an Airport Management System and Equipment for integrated passenger and baggage processing.

    The Bolgatanga-Bawku-Pulmakom Road Project involves the improvement of 109km of road in the Upper East region of Ghana, benefiting more than 750,000 people directly. The rehabilitation of the road has been designed to help improve road safety, reduce travel times, facilitate trade and movement of goods.

Gestão Integrada de Resíduos

Na QGMI, prevemos adotar uma abordagem integrada de gestão de resíduos, avaliando os seus diferentes fluxos e adotando uma abordagem para os gerir. Os nossos resíduos orgânicos são separados e tratados por compostagem, e o resultado final desta gestão dos resíduos orgânicos pode ser reutilizado nos nossos projetos de reflorestação.

Sistema de Controlo GPS

Utilizamos uma tecnologia GPS para aumentar a nossa produtividade nos processos de movimentação de terras e nivelamento. Este sistema de controlo permite que os operadores nivelem com maior precisão e rapidez, resultando numa maior produtividade, custos operacionais mais baixos e num trabalho bem feito.

SAE (Sistema de Apropriação Eletrónica)

O Sistema de Apropriação Eletrónica foi desenvolvido internamente pela equipa de TI, com o objetivo de monitorizar em tempo real o desenvolvimento das atividades e horas de trabalho dos colaboradores e das equipas, reduzindo o tempo de acesso aos indicadores de desempenho para a tomada de decisões estratégicas. O sistema, que está disponível em português, inglês e espanhol, funciona através de um smartphone através da leitura de códigos QR colados nos equipamentos e nas credenciais dos trabalhadores. Funciona mesmo quando não há Internet disponível, uma vez que os dados podem ser armazenados na memória do telefone e transferidos quando existe um sinal de rede Wi-Fi ou 4G. Melhora a gestão dos custos, o controlo da produtividade e contribui para a sustentabilidade ambiental.
